Stanley Wosick, Born ...?, Died ...?

 

Emilie was born on May 15, 1905. She attended school two miles West of Tabor, MN. After completing elementary school she stayed with her parents on the farm, for a few years.

She moved to Waverly, Iowa and worked in her sister (Marie) and brother-in-law's store for seven years, after which she moved back to the farm. She also lived in Grand Forks with her sister Lillian and brother-in-law, Emil Kresl.

On August 17, 1943 she left Grand Forks for Coos Bay, Oregon, where she was met by Stanley Wosick. They were married at St Monica's Church in Coos Bay.

Emilie worked many years for JC Penny and later for Hub Department Store as a sales lady.

She died from cancer, August 15, 1983 and is buried in Coos Bay, Oregon. Stanley was a longshoreman, after retirement he suffer a stroke, he is in St Catherine's Nursing and Rest Home in North Bend, Oregon.
